FLUXX and SCHLECKER start Lottery Service at 11,000 branches

- FLUXX and SCHLECKER sign partnership agreement
- FLUXX will be operating almost one-third of lottery agencies in Germany
by mid-2007

Altenholz, May 9, 2007 – The gaming specialist FLUXX and the cut-price
drugstore SCHLECKER today signed an agreement on the installation of
Lottery Service terminals in almost all SCHLECKER stores in Germany. The
four-month pilot phase in around 400 SCHLECKER stores in the Krefeld region
lived up to the expectations of FLUXX and SCHLECKER, with the result that
all its drugstores, of which there are around 11,000, are now to be
equipped with Lottery Service facilities by mod-way through the year. The
Lottery Service will not be launched in Saxony-Anhalt yet due to
state-specific implementing statutes. The JAXX Lottery Service enables
lottery bets to be placed easily and conveniently via bank-card terminals
at the till. Winnings are paid directly into customers' bank accounts.

Rainer Jacken, Management Board spokesperson of FLUXX AG, remarked: 'In
just a few weeks' time, we and SCHLECKER will be operating almost one-third
of all lottery agencies in Germany. This partnership with SCHLECKER
represents the breakthrough for us in over-the-counter sales.'
